To be eligible for a return you will need to meet the following requirements:

1. An order number or proof of purchase.
2. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. Notify us within 30 days after receiving your order.

Send us a message using the contact form. We will either accept or deny your request and guide you through the following steps, as well as giving you the return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of LOZ-blocks (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (60 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Exchanges
If for any reason, you would like to exchange your product. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
